"A woman should be two things: who and what she wants."

Coco Chanel

Womenomics - Find your voice while staying true to yourself.

Women's Group Coaching Programme

Womenomics

In 2013, the Japanese government implemented the "Womenomics" policy with the objective of enhancing economic growth through greater inclusion of women in the workforce. This initiative sought to leverage the underutilised potential of women and address gender disparities within employment.  According to an article written by Anagha BP, featured in 'Changeincontent.com' in 2025 "Womenomics can help address the barriers that prevent women from fully participating in the economy. It includes closing the gender pay gap, offering paid parental leave, and providing access to affordable childcare. Womenomics is also about recognising the value that women bring to the economy and society as a whole".

Womenomics extends beyond advancing equality; it recognizes the unique challenges women encounter, whether that be establishing businesses or accessing funding, networks, and resources. It also encompasses issues such as unpaid caregiving responsibilities, limited access to affordable childcare, and the reality that one-third of the world's economies (69 countries) still have laws that directly or indirectly restrict women's employment choices.

Womenomics is about amplifying women's voices. It is about women breaking through and having opportunities to progress in their careers. It is about not having to make impossible and unreasonable  life choices such as 'Do I want a career OR children'. It is about having it all, not at the cost of your health, your family or your career. Womenomics focuses on achieving parity, not heroism.

Empowering and enabling women is at the heart of our 6 week Womenomics Coaching Programme.

What we’ll cover

I'll help you discover your voice. whilst staying true to yourself and reframe your internal narrative regarding your personal identity. We will work together to explore proven strategies to set boundaries, address procrastination, be confident in saying ‘no’ and to let go of the inclination to prioritise others' approval over your own needs and professional boundaries. Together we will unlock the most effective self-care practices which work for you. We'll also focus on science and deep dive into the subject of Menopause which is such important topic requiring all of our attention.

This is fully online coaching programme which can be accessed from all over the world. Note timings are UK times.
