Burnout 121 - This is about you. Your burnout story. Your line in the sand recognising you are heading towards or already in the throes of burnout. Can be booked as a one off with no commitment to book further. Due to time constraints we'll cover as much ground as possible.
12 Week burnout recovery programme - The most intense and deep exploration of burnout. Two options available either part of a group 12 week coaching programme or I'll take you through it one on one over 12 weeks if you prefer to navigate through this privately. You'll walk away knowing why you burned out, how to manage it and ensure you have the tools in your toolkit to prevent it from ever reoccurring.

We'll reflect on the habits which are keeping you in burnout and create new ones which lead to sustainable change. We’ll focus on ways to protect your wellbeing which go much deeper than bubble baths and face masks.
