Coaching is most effective when both parties are clear about the levels of service and support being offered. For 1:1 coaching or group programmes, we’ll agree a short contract before sessions begin.
My coaching services are designed to provide a psychologically safe and open space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
However, coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and I am not medically qualified to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Ethical boundaries are in place to protect and support both you and me in the coaching relationship. I will always work within the limits of my training and experience. Where appropriate, I can signpost you to clinical or specialist support.
I am committed to undertaking regular Continuous Personal Development to ensure that my learning and coaching experience is up to date. I also hold a Masters Degree in Psychology, Level 2 Counselling Skills and Level 3 Counselling Studies. I also hold appropriate Indemnity Insurance.
