At Chapter 22 I am committed to providing a high level of support and consistency to my clients. Coaching requires dedicated time and preparation, as such I’ve established the following cancellation policy to ensure respect for both of our schedules.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Minimum Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited (no refund or reschedule), except in emergencies.
- No-Shows: If you miss a session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Payment & Refunds
- Prepaid Packages: Coaching packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable once sessions begin.
- Single Sessions: If a single session is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule it within [30 days], subject to availability.
- Emergencies: I understand that life happens. In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact me directly to discuss options.
Rescheduling Policy
- You are allowed one reschedule per session, provided it meets the 24-hour notice requirement.
- Repeated rescheduling may affect the continuity and effectiveness of the coaching relationship and may result in termination of services.
